Do you have a physical storefront?
No, we are an online e-commerce store only.

Do you create custom orders?
Unfortunately we do not do custom orders, however we are able to modify select pieces.

What pieces are you able to modify?
There are some pieces where we may be able to accommodate your request. Please see the "Custom Modifications" section of each product listing to see if the piece(s) are able to be modified or not.

What do you mean by modifying a piece?
Our approach for modifying as piece may include; changing the fit, size, gemstone, and/or cord colors of a piece while keeping the same design.

To inquire about modifications of a piece, please email us at info@reverieblossom.com with subject line: “Modification Inquiry” so we may discuss the feasibility of you requests.

• Pricing, availability, and time to produce your modified piece(s) may vary based on material used.
• Modified piece(s) may take approximately 4-8 weeks from purchase date to process.
• Please allow this time for us to source all materials needed to craft your distinct personalized piece(s). 

Can we provide you with gemstones or materials to modify a piece?
Unfortunately, we do not accept customer provided gemstones or materials due to liability complexities and concerns.

To ensure the highest quality and safety for your unique pieces, we only work with our own ethically sourced materials and gemstones. This policy helps us protect both the integrity of the materials used, and our studio's equipment from any unforeseen complications or liabilities during the crafting process.

You have something that I like but it is either sold out or out of stock, when will it be back?
Please email us at info@reverieblossom.com and include a screenshot and a link to the piece(s) of interest so we can discuss those options.

This way, we can notify you ASAP a time frame for when the piece(s) will be back in stock. Typically it may take approximately 4-9 weeks for an item to be back in stock again due to; demands, availability of supplies and components from suppliers.

Some items that are sold out completely will no longer be available because they are either; one of a kind or discontinued. It is possible we may have piece(s) with a similar style back in stock due to demands, please message us if you have any questions.

Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?
Most of our pieces use hypoallergenic metals. For those with skin allergies, there have not been any known allergies to wearing our pieces.

Do your pieces tarnish?
We know this is a common concern amongst our customers. Yes, it’s possible they may tarnish. If taken care of properly, you can prevent your piece(s) from tarnishing easily. Otherwise, tarnish is typically easy to remove with proper polishing cloths and/or compounds. Please see our Jewelry Care page for for details on caring for your pieces.

Other factors that can tarnish pieces may also include; humid environments, oxidizing chemicals that come in contact with the metals, and the wearer’s body chemistry interacting with the metals it comes in contact with.

Are your pieces waterproof?
While a little bit of plain water won’t hurt your piece, we recommend that you avoid getting your pieces wet to maintain quality. Chlorinated water and saltwater pools can oxidize Sterling Silver and Gold Filled metal, with the potential to discolor cord. Please see our Jewelry Care page for for info.

Do you offer jewelry repairs?
Yes, we offer repairs on some of our pieces - depending on the jewelry piece and the nature of how it was damaged - we may, or may not be able to repair it. Sometimes it may just be more cost effective to purchase the same piece (if available).

Please email us at info@reverieblossom.com with Subject line: “Repair Inquiry” so we can discuss available options. *** All repairs sent back will require you to pay for shipping costs.

In some cases, we may be able to repair your piece either for free (excluding shipping costs) - OR - for an additional fee, depending on the damage or if components need replacing. You may also take your piece to a qualified local jeweler in your area to repair your piece if you prefer.

What are you able to repair?
• Teared or frayed cord

• Broken chain ends (Does not apply to snake and box chain links)

• Slightly scratched metals (Solid Sterling Silver, Fine Silver, and Solid Gold Only)
• Replacing some components that become missing

What are you unable to repair?
• Damaged gemstones

• Metals that are dented, heavily scratched, broken, snapped off
• Scratched Gold Filled metal

Do you offer your products wholesale?
Not at this time, however we will be offering wholesale opportunities soon!
