Returns



We want you to love your new handmade jewelry. If something isn’t quite right, we can help.

If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we have a 14 day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please be aware that with our handmade pieces, it is common to have slight variations from the photos - no two pieces are exactly a like.

We do our best to meticulously create consistent pieces, and to ship them to you with care.




To start a return

:

Contact us at info@reverieblossom.com. Please enter "Return" in subject line.

Include:
• Your name
• Order number
• Item(s) you wish to return

From there we will provide you with further instructions.




Conditions for returns:



• To be eligible for a return, item(s) must be in the same condition that you received them; unworn or unused, with tags, and in ALL its original packaging.
• You'll need your receipt or proof of purchase. 
• Buyer is responsible for all costs associated for return shipping. 




Item(s) that are ineligible for return:



• Sent items back to us as a return without contacting us with prior approval will be refused and marked "Return to sender."

 
• Item(s) will be returned to sender if the item(s) are; in poor and / or used condition after inspection upon receipt.




Non-returnable items (All sales final)

:

• Modified or personalized custom orders

• Earrings, for hygiene and safety reasons (unless they arrive damaged) 

• Gift cards

• Mark-down or sale items




Refunds:



We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if your refund was approved or not.



If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, minus any initial shipping and handling charges (which are non-refundable). 



Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. 



If you have not received your return and more than 14 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@reverieblossom.com. 



Damages and other issues:

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at info@reverieblossom.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.



Exchanges: 



We do not accept exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.



Cancellations

Please contact me within 24 hours to request cancellation. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
