Every piece is crafted with care, we want to ensure it reaches you safely.
1. Payment Methods
We currently accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal. Your order will be processed once payment is successfully cleared.
2. Current Processing Times

*** To ensure the quality of every piece, processing times may increase during peak holiday seasons due to high order volume.

• Materials needed to create piece(s) are in stock, yet items have not yet been produced.
• We do this for sustainability purposes to reduce; overproduction, waste and our carbon footprint.
Custom modified pieces:
• 4 - 8 weeks from purchase date.
• Since modified piece(s) are also made to order, they can be quite unique to each individual.
• Please allow this time for us to source all materials needed to craft your distinct personalized piece(s).

6 - 9 weeks from purchase date. Please allow this time for us to source all materials needed to produce your items.

3. Shipping Rates & Times
After your items have been produced, please allow an additional 1-3 business days to pack and ship your order. We will do our best to meet these estimated times, but cannot guarantee them.

4. Address Accuracy
*** Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
5. Shipping Protection & Responsibility
Reverie Blossom, an Ideation Studio Works LLC Company, is not responsible for:
• Lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in the hands of the carrier
• Canada & International customers are responsible for any local duties, fees and/or import taxes incurred by your country's policies.
• We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

6. In the Event or a Lost or Missing Package: See Checklist Below
If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received your jewelry, please follow these steps before reaching out:
- Wait 48 Hours: Carriers (especially USPS) sometimes scan a package as "Delivered" when it is still on the truck. It often shows up a day or two later.
- Check "Hidden" Spots: Look behind planters, under benches, or near side doors. Carriers often hide small jewelry packages from street view to prevent theft.
- Confirm the Address: Double-check your order confirmation email to ensure the shipping address provided at checkout was 100% correct.
- Ask Neighbors & Household Members: It’s common for a neighbor to receive a package by mistake or for a family member to bring it inside without mentioning it.
- Contact Your Local Post Office: Call the specific branch that handles your ZIP code (not the 1-800 number). Ask them to check the GPS coordinates of the delivery scan. This can confirm exactly where the package was dropped off.
- File a Missing Mail Search: If it’s been 7 days since the ship date, you can submit a Missing Mail Search Request on the USPS website (if your order was delivered via USPS).

File a Police Report (for Stolen Items): If you suspect "porch piracy," please file a report with your local police department. This documentation is often required to process an insurance claim.
- If you have Security Camera or Video Doorbell footage showing no delivery occurred, keep that file! It is powerful evidence when filing claims with carriers or the police.
